We believe care should fit the child, not the other way around. On our infant floor there is no fixed schedule, so each baby follows the feeding and napping rhythm they already know from home, and we adjust gently as they grow. As children move up to our toddler floor, they ease into a warm, predictable daily routine once they are ready for it.

We follow each child's lead rather than pushing milestones, and we move children between floors based on real readiness—steady walking, settling into one nap a day, and social and emotional comfort—not age alone. Within a full-time schedule we stay flexible to real family life, with daily hours that can vary and a gentle transition period for new families.

Throughout the day you stay connected through the Brightwheel app, where we log every feeding, diaper change and nap with timestamps, share photos and keepsakes, and message with you directly. It is the next best thing to being in the room, so you always know how your child's day is going.
